It was a relief to find someone who took this problem seriously, understanding that mould is not just unsightly, but that it makes everything smell unpleasant, it attaches and destroys possessions in particular soft furnishings and clothes, but, and even more importantly, that exposure to the airborne spores results in so many health and breathing problems.

I just wanted to say thanks again for doing a great job on the outside of our house. The colour scheme we chose - albeit slightly accidentally - has been turning heads ever since. People have actually stopped to stare at a house not coated in Magnolia and white! I had my eye on a couple of details towards the end that I thought you might miss. You didn't. You were far too fastidious for that. As for the number of drops of paint; I counted three, no larger than a centimetre in diameter. Around three hundred fewer than the last person I had round!
